“KIMBO’S Closest to Greece I’ve been” GREEK SALAD

No mayo, “authentic” Greek salad - cucumbers, red peppers, red onion

Dressing - ancient Greek secret :). Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, seasoning, fresh oregano and basil.

BRUSHCETTA

Roma tomatoes, fresh basil, feta, on toasted garlic bread (8 slices) for six meals.

FOCACCIA drizzled with olive oil and garlic BREAD (pizza with a fancy name) (can be sharable, or not…)

Italian Canadian style (pepperoni, bacon, mozza, green pepper, carmelized onions, homemade sauce)

Sicilician focaccia -parmesan, homemade sauce, mozza, (carmelized onions added if requested

GREEK FOCACCIA

Carmelized onions, sauce, black olives, garlic, feta - add meat for 5.00 more (chicken, lamb, beef)

MAINS (all come with choice of sides of seasonal veggies, potatoes, pasta, salad)

Braised beef ribs and/or beef bourgingnon - Succulent mouth watering braised beef.

HERBED CHICKEN WITH SEASONABLE VEGGIES

Baked chicken with fresh herbs and served with vegetable.

ASIAN MEATBALLS WITH PASTA/SOUP

Asian flavours abound - Ginger, Cilantro, Garlic, green onion. Can be served as a soup or a pasta dish

KIMBO’S MAC AND CHEESE

Kim’s favourite comfort food - mac and cheese (Kids love it too) A blend of cheeses topped with a crust of bread crumbs and MORE cheese. Protein additions available.

MINI CHEESECAKE CUPS

Mini Cheese Cakes (muffin size) topped with choice of berries and chocolate or chocolate with sprinkles (for kids or cool grownups)
